Changing location can require new gas, heating, condensate, electrical and flue arrangements, so it can extend the programme.
Changing system type
Converting between regular, system and combi arrangements can involve cylinders, tanks, pipework and controls, making the project more involved.
Wider heating-system work
Radiator changes, controls, system alterations and other agreed improvements may also add time. Your quotation should explain the planned work and likely duration.
What happens before handover?
The new boiler is commissioned and tested, controls are explained and the appropriate documentation and registrations are completed.
