A biomass service is proper engineering work
The photographs from this visit tell the story: substantial ash and combustion residue had accumulated throughout the appliance. Access panels were removed and the combustion and ash areas were methodically cleaned using industrial extraction and hand tools, exposing the internal surfaces and components for inspection.
On biomass plant, cleaning is not cosmetic. Deposits can affect heat transfer, combustion quality, air paths, moving mechanisms and ultimately reliability. A thorough service gives us the opportunity to assess the condition of the plant rather than simply emptying an ash container and calling the job complete.
Why this project matters
That breadth matters on commercial and renewable heating. A fault is not always confined to the heat source itself. Pumps, valves, controls, sensors, hydraulic arrangements, heat emitters, cylinders, buffers and system water can all influence how the installation performs. We look at the heating system as a whole.
