A GSHP installation includes the source circuit, heating circuit, circulation, controls and often buffer and hot-water equipment. Faults and poor performance need to be considered across the complete system rather than treating the heat pump as an isolated appliance.
Accessible source-side pressure, circulation and frost-protection or brine condition can be considered where relevant to the system and service procedure.
System pressure, pumps, filters, air vents, expansion vessels, buffer vessels and heating circulation can all influence reliable operation.
Controller settings, heating operation and relevant hot-water equipment can be reviewed as part of appropriate servicing and fault investigation.
We do not rely on generic claims. Our NIBE F1145 project documents genuine GSHP servicing experience including ground-loop protection, expansion vessels, automatic air vents, buffer vessel, underfloor-heating pressure and hot-water equipment.
Service work on a complete ground source installation, including source-side and heating-system checks.

View GSHP Care →Ground source systems are less common than air source systems, so specialist enquiries may come from a wider area. Send the manufacturer, model, postcode and symptoms and we can assess whether the system is suitable for Envirowarm support.

If possible, include fault codes and a brief description of what has changed. That helps us assess the system before arranging attendance.
